The 60 & Better class concentrates
on balance and relaxation, letting us developTai Chi skills while maintaining
our physical health. The class includes individuals who have been doing
Tai Chi for years, as well as those who've just started.
While Tai Chi is based on Chinese martial arts we use
it for health and relaxation. As a stylised, dance-like, form it combines
balance, breathing and relaxation. It can be performed at your own level
